Dear Journal,
Let me recall what happened during the course of these last days. Pip, the marvelous boy that he is, has been acting peculiar recently. My job as a blacksmith has been going great recently. All the people say they enjoy my service. There has been some drama recently involving our food supply. Some of it dwindled down, and then we found out that it was Pip, supplying a convict with food! Who would have known? And why didn't he trust me... Things are fine now. All of the arguments and whatnot have been settled. I will return to write later.
Sincerely,
Joe
You really think I'm marvelous?! The reason to why I was acting peculiar was because of the convict, trying to keep it a secret and all. I had to give him food he threatened me and I was to scared to tell anyone. I trust you, I was just scared thats all, I didn't know what to do.

You referred Pip as a ‘marvelous boy.’ I beg to differ. You need to teach him to be proper and not so common. Also, please teach Pip the correct names for cards.

Estella: Pip is acting peculiar because he has realized that he needs to be a gentleman, and that you aren't one. Maybe if you had raised him to be a gentleman, he wouldn't be coming to Satis House all the time and bugging me.
